The 2025 Implementation Team was charged by the shepherds at the beginning of 2018 to help keep the congregation on task in pursuing the congregational dream for where we want to be as a congregation by the year 2025.

One of the primary goals of the team is to work with the ministry leaders of WW to help every member of the congregation find a church ministry in which to serve. The complete original charge can be seen here. (2018 charge to the Implementation Team)
James Cochrum and Phil Pendergraft are the two representative shepherds on this team, along with all the ministers. Any one of them would be happy to talk with you to help you get plugged into a ministry or to explore new ideas for your current ministry.
